Job Title: Consultant – Telesales

Job Responsibilities:
- Drive insurance sales through outbound calling and lead conversion.
- Achieve monthly sales targets across motor, health, and travel insurance products.
- Recruit, activate, and manage agents to drive business growth.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure agent productivity and portfolio growth.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
Experience: 0–4 years in Sales/Telesales
Skills: Communication, Sales, Lead Conversion, MS Office, MS Excel, Customer Handling
