Job Title: Telesales Executive – Financial Services .

HIRING- 2 VACANCIES HIRING FOR KANNADA AND PUNJABI CANDIDATES WITH HINDI MANDATORY.

Location: Remote (Work From Home)

Hiring Requirement- GOOD B2C SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT WITH MULTIPLE LANGUAGES.

Industry: Financial Services (Multiple Financial Products)

Languages- ENGLISH -HINDI-PUNJABI AND ENGLISH-HINDI-KANNADA.

FEMALES ONLY PREFERRED .

 MANDATORY FOR ONBOARDING- Candidate must have a laptop/desktop with minimum 8 GB RAM and Microsoft Windows 10. Systems with lower specifications are not compatible with the CRM, even after software installation.

Salary: ₹16,000 fixed per month (for candidates with more than 3 years of experience). OR 15000 per month for less than 3 yrs experience.

Work Timings:

Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday: 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM (Half Day)

Strict 1-hour break in CRM allowed

Key Responsibilities:

Handle a minimum of 300 inbound and outbound calls daily.

Manage and update data using Excel, Google Sheets, Sophos, Extend CRM, and other client-provided software.

Install and use client-provided software for attendance and performance monitoring.

Generate enquiries from the given data, follow up with prospects, and work towards closures.

Grasp product knowledge and undergo training for multiple financial products.

Communicate professionally with strong command over English ,hindi with required regional language.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in customer support / telesales / financial services.

Banking or Financial B2C experience preferred

Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.

Must have good power backup support – power cut issues will not be tolerated.

Must be ready to install client-provided software on laptop/desktop for monitoring purposes.

Candidate should be willing to coordinate and follow up with the client before onboarding by sharing TeamViewer / AnyDesk ID and password for system and software checks.

Offer letter will be shared by Oxyvin only after successful system verification and client confirmation.

Ability to grasp quickly and adapt to different financial product trainings.

Should be comfortable working in a process-driven and compliance-focused environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: ₹16,000 fixed per month (for candidates with more than 3 years of experience ). OR 15000 per month for less than 3 yrs experience.

Additional Rewards: Based on successful completion of monthly sales targets.

PROBATION DETAILS-

Performance will be reviewed by the client during probation.

Document Verification

Valid Aadhaar Card is mandatory for onboarding and verification.

Candidates must possess valid Indian identity documents.
