Job Description
Job Summary
A Telesales Executive is responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their financial requirements, explaining suitable loan products, and converting leads into successful sales while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers for loan sales (Personal Loan, Business Loan, etc.).
- Explain product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial products.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Follow up with interested customers until loan disbursement.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and provide proper resolutions.
- Maintain call records, lead status, and customer details in CRM/software.
- Coordinate with field sales or operations teams for document collection and processing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data confidentiality.
