Telesales Executive

Language - Malayalam and English

ROLE OVERVIEW

The candidate will handle customer support queries and escalations and coordinate the dispatch of documents to and from customers. 

They will also support the existing team in day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and timely processing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Address and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner

Be responsible for getting insurance queries answered from patients and collecting docs

Coordinate and track the dispatch of documents (to and from customers)

Maintain accurate records of all correspondence and document movement

Follow up with customers and hospitals to ensure document receipt and completion

Support the current team with operational tasks as required

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

* Prior customer support experience (mandatory) - 0-1 years

* Good verbal and written communication skills

* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

* Experience in the healthcare or insurance domain is an added advantage
