Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Telesales Representative to join our team in the Bengaluru area. You will be responsible for converting leads into sales and maintaining excellent customer relationships to drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and Close Sales: Contact prospects via cold calling and warm leads to pitch products or services, understand their needs, and close sales deals.
  • Meet Targets: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas (KPIs).
  • Maintain CRM Records: Input, update, and manage detailed customer records, call notes, and transaction details in the company's database.
  • Customer Support: Answer inquiries regarding products, prices, and services. Handle any complaints or grievances professionally to protect the company’s reputation.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay fully informed on new product features, services, and market trends to effectively address customer doubts.
