About Us:
We are a leading overseas education consulting firm helping students fulfill their dream of studying MBBS abroad. We are looking for energetic and result-oriented female telesales executives who can communicate effectively in Kannada and have prior experience in telesales or telecalling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote MBBS abroad programs.
- Explain course details, admission process, and benefits of studying abroad.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Maintain call records and daily follow-up reports.
- Work closely with the counselling team to achieve monthly targets.
Requirements:
- Female candidates only
- Proficiency in Kannada (mandatory) and basic English/Hindi communication.
- Minimum 1 year – 2 years of telesales/telecalling experience (preferably in education, insurance, loan, realestate or any service-based industry).
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
Salary: Attractive salary + Incentives (based on performance)
