We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Tele Sales Executive to handle inbound and outbound leads for premium residential real estate projects in Bangalore. The role involves qualifying prospects, nurturing leads, and scheduling site visits to drive conversions.
- Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound leads from platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, 99acres, MagicBricks, etc.
- Perform outbound calling to prospective clients and follow up on existing leads
- Understand customer requirements (budget, location, preferences) and suggest suitable projects
- Fix and coordinate site visits with the sales team
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM (e.g., Zoho Bigin)
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups
- Achieve monthly targets for qualified leads and site visit conversions
- Provide accurate information on projects, pricing, and offers
- Handle objections and convert inquiries into serious prospects
- Required Skills:Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Fluent in English (Hindi, Kannada, Tamil/Malayalam is an advantage)
- Excellent tele-calling and lead conversion skills
- Basic understanding of real estate sales cycle
- CRM handling knowledge (Zoho Bigin preferred)
- Good negotiation and objection-handling ability
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines
