Position: Collection Advisor

Location: JP Nagar, Bengaluru

CTC: Up to ₹20,000 per month (including Incentive and attendance bonus), depending on the candidate's profile and performance.

About the Role:

We are looking for proactive and result-oriented Collection Advisor to join our Collections team. The role involves interacting with customers through outbound calls to ensure timely loan repayments, resolving payment-related queries, and maintaining healthy customer relationships while achieving collection targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers for loan repayment follow-ups and overdue account recovery.
• Educate customers about outstanding dues and available repayment options.
• Negotiate payment commitments and ensure timely collections.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate complex cases when required.
• Follow collection processes, compliance guidelines, and company policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve repayment-related customer issues.

Requirements:

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle challenging conversations professionally.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Knowledge of loan recovery and collections processes will be an added advantage.
