Job Description

  • Sales Generation: Make outbound calls to generate leads and close sales, presenting and promoting products/services. 
  • Customer Engagement: Understand needs, handle objections, resolve complaints, and build strong customer relationships. 
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly/daily sales targets and KPIs. 
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM. 
  • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of products/services and market trends. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to refine strategies and achieve overall business objectives.
