Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Make 100+ outbound calls daily to potential candidates via phone and WhatsApp.
Pitch job opportunities, explain perks like daily pay and flexible shifts.
Screen candidates for basic requirements (bike ownership, valid license, age 18+).
Schedule interviews and follow up on no-shows.
Maintain accurate records in Excel sheets.
Requirements:
Fluent in Hindi/English (Kannada a plus); excellent communication skills.
6+ months BPO/telecalling experience preferred.
Basic computer skills; target-driven mindset.
Full-time role in Bengaluru; salary ₹19k-₹20k + incentives.
