Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and convert leads into sales
  • Handle inbound inquiries and close sales opportunities
  • Understand customer needs and pitch suitable products/services
  • Follow up on leads, quotes, and pending closures
  • Upsell and cross-sell to existing customers
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM after every call
  • Meet daily call targets and monthly revenue goals
  • Share customer feedback and market insights with the team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 2-5 years of experience in tele sales or a customer-facing role
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
  • Strong persuasion and objection-handling ability
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools
  • Target-driven with a positive and resilient attitude
  • Fluency in English; regional language proficiency is a plus
