Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, and inquiries
• Explain course details, benefits, fees, and career outcomes to students
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses
• Follow up with interested candidates and nurture leads until conversion
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly admission targets
• Handle basic queries regarding admissions, schedules, and payments
• Coordinate with the admissions and academic team when required

Eligibility:

• Any graduate / undergraduate (preferably in BBA, MBA, BA, B.Com)
• Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in telesales / counselling
• Prior experience in education sales is an added advantage

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Good command of English + regional language (Hindi/Kannada/Tamil/Telugu as applicable)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
• Target-driven mindset

Compensation:

• Fixed salary + Incentives based on enrollments
• Performance-based growth opportunities, Working Days:
• 6 days a week (weekend availability may be required)

Experience:

• SALES : 2 years (Required)
• education counsellor: 1 year (Required)

Language:

• Kannada, ENGLISH,HINDI, (Preferred)
