Job Description
Blue Craft Design Studio is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. You'll play a key role in generating leads, nurturing prospects, and closing deals for premium residential and modular interior properties in Bengaluru.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential clients from databases, leads, and referrals to pitch real estate properties and modular interior solutions.
- Handle inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and schedule site visits or virtual consultations.
- Follow up on leads via phone, email, and SMS to convert prospects into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales pipelines in CRM tools like Excel.
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and contribute to monthly sales goals.
- Build rapport with clients, address objections, and provide property details like pricing, amenities, and financing options.
- Collaborate with sales executives and interior design teams to ensure seamless handovers.
- Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; graduation preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (real estate a plus).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Kannada preferred for local outreach).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities with a target-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
- Ability to handle high call volumes (50-100 calls/day) in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred SkillsKnowledge of Bengaluru's real estate market, modular interiors, or property trends.
- Familiarity with SEO tools or digital lead generation for bonus points.
