Job Title: Sales Quotation Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and client-focused Sales Quotation Specialist to drive our sales process. You will be responsible for preparing and sending accurate quotations, managing client follow-ups, and ensuring a seamless communication flow to close deals and support overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Quotation Preparation: Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to understand client requirements and draft accurate, competitive, and timely proposals.
• Client Dispatch: Send finalized quotations to prospective and existing clients via email or CRM systems, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly stated.
• Follow-ups: Proactively track sent quotations, make follow-up calls or send emails to answer client questions, negotiate terms, and push for deal closures.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized database of all pending, won, and lost quotations using CRM software.
• Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding pricing inquiries, product availability, and delivery timelines.

• Proven experience (typically 6 months –3 years) in preparing sales quotations and client management.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong proficiency Microsoft Excel.
• Sharp attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
