Trainee Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Trainee Operations Manager to join our Bengaluru team. This role offers hands-on exposure to daily operations, process improvement, and team coordination, with the goal of developing future operations leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth workflow
• Monitor performance metrics and support achievement of operational targets
• Identify inefficiencies and contribute to process improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, logistics, and customer support
• Support inventory management, vendor coordination, and resource planning
• Prepare reports and analyze data to aid decision-making
