Job Description – Female Process & Product Trainer (Healthcare Call Center)

Location: Hebbal, Bengaluru

Experience: 1–2 Years

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Female Process & Product Trainer to join our healthcare call center team. The ideal candidate should have experience in delivering product and process training, onboarding new employees, and driving continuous learning initiatives to improve operational performance.

Healthcare BPO/Call Center experience is preferred. Candidates who are married and mothers will be given added preference.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct induction, product, process, and refresher training for new and existing employees.

Prepare training plans, presentations, manuals, and learning materials.

Assess trainee performance through evaluations, quizzes, mock calls, and observations.

Identify knowledge gaps and recommend improvement plans.

Work closely with Operations and Quality teams to improve employee performance.

Maintain training records, attendance, and assessment reports.

Support the implementation of new products, processes, and updates.

Coach agents on communication skills, customer handling, and process compliance.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

1–2 years of experience as a Trainer in a Call Center/BPO environment.

Experience in Healthcare process training is preferred.

Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Strong interpersonal and coaching abilities.

Preferred Candidate

Healthcare call center experience is an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits
