Training Coordinator

Trinity NDT WeldSolutions Private Limited — a NABL- and NADCAP Merit-accredited company, Aerospace NDT testing lab, welding centre, and training institute in 4th Phase, Peenya Industrial Area, Bangalore — is looking for a proactive and well-organised Training Coordinator to manage and grow our training division. The ideal candidate will be the single point of contact for trainees, industry clients, and internal faculty, ensuring seamless delivery of our NDT and Welding certification courses.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate NDT and Welding training batches (classroom and practical sessions)
• Handle enquiries and admissions — walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and social media leads — in English and Hindi
• Liaise with students, corporate clients, and partner organisations for training requirements and feedback
• Maintain trainee records, attendance registers, assessment sheets, and certification documents
• Coordinate with faculty to ensure course materials, equipment, and lab setups are ready on time
• Support online and offline marketing of training programmes (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, brochures)
• Follow up on leads and generate enrolment reports for management review
• Assist in preparing proposals and quotations for corporate training contracts
