Trampoline & Game Area Attendant

We are looking for energetic, friendly, and customer-focused staff for our Trampoline Park and Game Zone. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring guest safety, providing excellent customer service, and creating a fun experience for all visitors.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Welcome and assist guests in the trampoline and gaming area.
2. Explain game/trampoline rules and safety guidelines to guests.
3. Monitor activities and ensure safety standards are followed at all times.
4. Help guests during games, attractions, and activities.
5. Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the gaming and trampoline area.
6. Handle guest queries and provide quick support when required.
7. Collect guest feedback and reviews to improve customer experience.
8. Support birthday parties, corporate events, and group bookings when needed.
9. Coordinate with team members and supervisors for smooth operations.
10. Report any technical or safety issues immediately.

Requirements:

1. Good communication and customer handling skills.
2. Energetic, active, and positive attitude.
3. Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
4. Basic knowledge of gaming/trampoline activities is preferred.
5. Team player with good guest engagement skills.

Preferred:

1. Experience in entertainment, gaming centers, trampoline parks, or hospitality industry.
2. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
