Job Description

Coordinate daily transportation activities and vehicle scheduling.

Monitor vehicle movement and ensure timely pickup and drop services.

Maintain transport records, logs, fuel consumption, and vehicle documents.

Coordinate with drivers regarding routes, timings, and duty allocation.

Ensure all vehicles comply with safety and legal requirements.

Handle vehicle maintenance, servicing, insurance, and breakdown support.

Monitor driver attendance, behavior, and performance.

Prepare transport reports and MIS updates.

Respond to transport-related complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Coordinate with vendors and transport service providers when required.

Ensure cost-effective transport operations and fuel management.
