Job Description

  • Handle domestic and international travel inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
  • Sell holiday packages, airline tickets, hotel bookings, visa services, and Umrah packages
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel solutions
  • Convert leads into confirmed sales and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Upsell travel services including hotels, sightseeing, transfers, insurance, and upgrades
  • Provide accurate fare quotations, itineraries, and travel information
  • Coordinate with suppliers, airlines, hotels, and ground teams when required
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
  • Follow up with potential customers and pending inquiries
  • Maintain proper CRM records and booking details
  • Stay updated with travel trends, airline policies, visa requirements, and destination knowledge
