Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Hairdresser with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the hairdressing industry. The ideal candidate will be an expert in a wide range of chemical treatments and skilled in providing exceptional customer service. The Hairdresser will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services, including keratin treatments, hair coloring, hair spa, haircuts, and Botox treatments. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform a variety of chemical treatments such as keratin treatments, hair coloring, hair spa, and Botox treatments with expertise and precision.

- Provide high-quality haircuts tailored to clients' preferences and current trends.

- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their hair care needs and provide personalized recommendations.

- Convince and educate clients about the benefits of different hair treatments and services offered.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, techniques, and products.

- Ensure a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation at all times.

- Build and maintain a loyal clientele through exceptional service and professional rapport.

- Manage appointments and ensure timely service delivery.

- Assist in promoting salon services and products to enhance client experience and salon profitability.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of professional hairdressing experience.

- Expertise in chemical treatments, including keratin treatments, hair coloring, hair spa, and Botox treatments.

- Proficiency in various haircutting techniques.

- Strong ability to persuade and convince clients about the benefits of treatments and services.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to stay updated with the latest hair trends and techniques.

- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Certification from a recognized cosmetology school is preferred.
