Job Description
Company: Silicon Valley Socials
Location: Bengaluru
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month
Probation Period: 3 Months (extendable/PPO)
Work Style: Full-Time, In-Office (Bangalore)
Working Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM

Role SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Vendor Relations Manager to lead vendor onboarding and stall bookings for our flea market events. This role focuses on identifying potential vendors, pitching event opportunities and driving stall sales while maintaining strong, long-term vendor relationships.
The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, persuasive in approach and capable of handling end-to-end vendor coordination in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential vendors across categories (fashion, food, lifestyle, etc.)
- Pitch and present Silicon Valley Socials events to vendors via calls, WhatsApp and office meetings
- Drive stall bookings and achieve monthly revenue/stall targets
- Maintain and manage a structured vendor pipeline (via Google Sheets / CRM tools)
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with vendors for repeat participation
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and event execution
- Handle vendor queries, negotiations and closing conversations professionally
- Assist in planning vendor mix and category allocation for each event
You’re a Perfect Fit If You:
- Are confident, persuasive and strong in sales conversations
- Have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Kannada is a plus)
- Are target-driven and comfortable working with revenue goals
- Are proactive, organized and consistent with follow-ups
- Have an interest in events, marketing or vendor management
- Are comfortable with both remote work and on-ground coordination when required
