Expectation from Candidate:
• Handle BGV process transactions for India and other countries with regards to background verification.
• Verify customer documents (education/employment/address/criminal records)
• Should have sound knowledge of MS Office Tools, Like Word, Excel etc.,
• Attention to details and acumen to judge and analyse BGV document to raise Red Flag.
• Adhere to the organizational ethics and values
• Adapt to changes in work environment as per business requirements (Processes /Week-offs)
• Should be flexible enough to extend workhours when there is high serge of volume to meet client expectation.
Job description for a Team Leader Role:
Objective of the Team Leader Role:
The customer service team leader position is responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service to customers through the daily management of a team of employees to include hiring, motivating, recognizing and rewarding, coaching, counselling, training, and problem solving. Additionally, the position is responsible for assisting the manager with development, analyses and implementation of staffing, training, telemarketing, scheduling and reward/recognition programs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Provides daily direction and communication to employees so that customer calls and emails are answered in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner.
• Provides statistical and performance feedback and coaching on a regular basis to each team member.
• He should be approachable for employees who experience work and/or personal problems providing appropriate coaching, counselling, direction and resolution.
• Ensures employees have appropriate training and other resources to perform their jobs.
• Delegates work with clear understanding of the Strength and potentials of the Team members.
• He who leads the team with example and keeps his morality high with the team.
• Manages work load balance and optimize efficiency from the team.
• Has an ability to efficiently handle Conflicts among the team members.
• Creates and maintains a high-quality work environment so team members are motivated to perform at their highest level.
• Addresses disciplinary and/or performance problems according to company policy.
• Prepares warnings and communicates effectively with employees on warnings and makes effective/appropriate decisions relative to corrective action as required.
• Assists the manager with daily operation of the department to include the development, analyses and implementation of staffing, training, scheduling and reward/recognition programs.
• Establishes work procedures and processes that support the company and departmental standards, procedures and strategic directives.
• Obtain task status, work on reports and share the summary to management in Daily, Weekly and Monthly intervals.
