Job Title: Vice Principal / Senior Teacher

Location: Bangalore

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Overview:The Vice Principal / Senior Teacher will support school leadership in academic planning, staff coordination, and overall school management, while also contributing actively to teaching. The role requires a balance of leadership ability and strong subject knowledge.

• Key Responsibilities:Assist in managing day-to-day school operations and academic activities
• Support the Principal in implementing school policies and curriculum
• Teach subjects effectively (Science and Mathematics preferred)
• Monitor teacher performance and guide junior staff
• Ensure discipline and a positive learning environment
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff
• Organize academic schedules, events, and assessments
• Help in student development and overall school improvement initiatives
• Requirements:B.Ed is mandatory
• Minimum 5+ years of teaching experience
• Science or Mathematics background preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good leadership and people management abilities
• Ability to guide, motivate, and manage a team
• Confident in handling parents and resolving concerns
