Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate and creative professional who can independently handle videography, photography, video editing, graphic design, and basic 3D visual content creation for our marketing and branding initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for storytelling, understand social media trends, and be capable of transforming construction projects into visually compelling content.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Videography & PhotographyCapture high-quality videos and photographs of residential, commercial, industrial, and interior projects.
• Shoot construction progress, completed projects, site activities, interviews, walkthroughs, and client testimonials.
• Operate cameras, drones (if certified), gimbals, lighting, and audio equipment whenever required.
• Plan and execute creative shoots independently.
• Video Editing & Content CreationEdit engaging videos for:
• Instagram Reels
• Facebook
• Google Business Profile
• YouTube
• Company Website
• Marketing campaigns
• Create project walkthrough videos, promotional films, before-and-after showcases, educational content, testimonials, and brand stories.
• Add professional transitions, motion graphics, captions, subtitles, background music, sound design, colour grading, and visual effects.
• Deliver content optimized for multiple platforms and formats.
• Graphic DesignDesign clean, premium, and minimalistic:
• Social media creatives
• Posters
• Brochures
• Presentation graphics
• Project launch creatives
• Branding materials
• Website banners
• Maintain consistency with the company's visual identity and premium brand image.
• Integrate 3D elements into promotional videos whenever required.
• Collaborate with architects and designers to present projects creatively.
• AI-Assisted Creative Production Effectively use AI-powered creative tools to improve productivity and quality.
• Generate AI-assisted images, videos, voiceovers, graphics, and concepts where appropriate.
• Stay updated with emerging AI tools and workflows to enhance creative output.
• Collaboration Work closely with project managers, sales, and marketing teams.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and content ideas.
• Organize and maintain media files and project assets systematically.

Required Skills

• Strong videography and photography skills.
• Excellent video editing abilities.
• Good understanding of composition, lighting, colour grading, and storytelling.
• Basic to intermediate graphic design skills.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and basic 3D editing.
• Understanding of current social media trends and short-form content.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative workflows.
• Strong creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Software Knowledge

Experience with one or more of the following is preferred:

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Lightroom
• DaVinci Resolve
• Blender or other 3D software would be a great add on
• Canva (optional)

Knowledge of AI creative tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, Kling AI, or similar platforms will be an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in videography, video editing, or graphic design.
• Experience in real estate, architecture, interiors, construction, or infrastructure industries is preferred but not mandatory.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous work is required.
