Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to visa services.
- Counsel walk-in clients regarding visa options and immigration processes.
- Explain visa services, documentation requirements, and application procedures.
- Convert inquiries into registrations by providing effective counseling.
- Follow up with prospective clients until the admission/registration process is completed.
- Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM regularly.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly counseling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of applications.
