Process 1 Banking Inbound Process

Handle inbound customer interactions via voice.

Provide product/service information and resolve customer issues Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Deliver excellent customer experience across multiple languages

Education:

PUC / Graduate Freshers and above

Languages:

Fluent in English and in any one of Kannada/Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam

Rounds: HR, Versant and Ops Manager Rounds.

Work Days: 6 days + 1 rotational week off

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Outbound B2B Sales Lead Generation Executive to join our team in Bangalore.

The role involves identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential business clients through proactive outreach methods.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 1 year of experience in sales or lead generation who want to grow their career in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting: Research and identify potential B2B clients across industries using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and industry databases.

Outbound Outreach: Initiate contact via cold calls, emails, and social media to build rapport and communicate the company's value

proposition.

Lead Qualification: Assess prospects needs and ensure only relevant leads are passed to the sales team.

Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, follow-ups, and next steps in CRM systems.

Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings, demos, or discovery calls between qualified prospects and senior sales managers.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

1 year of experience in outbound B2B sales, telesales, or lead generation.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead generation platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.).

Prior exposure to IT services or construction industries is a plus.

Salary Range: 2.85 - 3.85 LPA (depending on experience & performance benchmarks in Bangalore market)

Workdays: 6 days a week and Fixed Sundays Off.

Shifts: 10 AM to 7 PM Shifts.
