Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a hands‑on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day‑to‑day operations at our Bangalore warehouse. You will be responsible for managing warehouse activities, leading the warehouse team, and ensuring accurate inventory control, timely dispatches, and smooth inward/outward movement of stock while addressing customer queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warehouse & Team Management: Supervise all warehouse operations and lead, train, and schedule the warehouse staff to ensure productivity, safety, and discipline.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records through regular audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation. Monitor stock levels of upholstery and curtain fabrics and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages.
• Inward & Outward Operations: Oversee receiving of goods, quality checks, GRN preparation, and proper storage. Manage order picking, packing, and dispatches as per delivery schedules.
• Dispatch & Logistics: Plan and execute timely dispatches to B2B clients, showrooms, and project sites. Coordinate with transporters and ensure proper documentation: invoices, LR, e‑way bills.
• Customer Queries: Address warehouse‑related queries from internal teams and customers regarding stock availability, order status, and delivery timelines.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, 5S practices, and statutory compliance. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
• Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly reports on stock movement, dispatches, damages, and team performance.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3–5 years in warehouse/supply chain roles, preferably in home decor, textiles, or furniture industry.
• Education: Graduate/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems / ERP / WMS.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation.
• Team leadership and man‑management skills.
• Understanding of fabric handling and storage is a plus.
• Attributes: Detail‑oriented, problem solver, able to work under pressure, strong communication skills.
