Job Overview
The HR Technology and Integration (T&I) organization was established as part of the HR team’s journey through digital transformation. Working as part of our Global HR Technology & Integration team this role to Build, implement and improves TE’s global HR systems, data, reporting and analytics platform.
Job Responsibilities:
As a HR Operations Associate, the key responsibilities include:
- Responsible for managing vendor-related financial and operational activities
- Experienced in handling purchase orders, receipts, invoices, and monthly accruals while ensuring accurate financial records and timely processing of vendor payments
- Coordinates with HR vendors, internal finance teams, and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, reconcile transactions, and ensure billing accuracy and compliance with company processes
- Skilled in maintaining and processing HR-related data using Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, template preparation, calculations, reports, and supporting operational requirements
- Experienced in identifying process gaps and providing feedback to improve operational efficiency and workflow management

- 2-3 Years of relevant experience in Accounting & Excel Sheets
