 Become an expert in Paytm  Own end-to-end key business metrics like  Be the voice of Paytm  Build a strong pipeline of media briefs and respond with customized pitches and proposals aligned with the client’s business and marketing objectives Work closely with the campaign delivery and optimization team to monitor and deliver expected results to the advertiser Lead initiatives which require significant cross team collaboration to build innovative  Provide constant feedback to the product team to improve 
Desired Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in preferred) Proven experience in managing programs / categories / business verticals Strong stakeholder management experience; ability to work cross-functionallyand with a wide range of employees with different skill sets Ability to deep-dive into a problem; very strong analytical and presentationskills required High bias for action required Ability to thrive and perform in an ambiguous setting; sound judgment andflexibility in balancing program requirements, tight deadlines, and keepingpeople and projects moving on schedule
