Summary:
As an AI Advisor, you will engage in a dynamic and collaborative environment where your primary focus will be on evaluating, prioritizing, and designing artificial intelligence use cases that address specific business challenges and opportunities. Your typical day will involve working closely with various stakeholders to identify the necessary data and technology requirements, all while striving to simplify and enhance business processes. You will be dedicated to delivering measurable value outcomes and fostering an ecosystem that promotes scaled AI adoption within the organization, ensuring that the solutions you design are both effective and sustainable.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative AI solutions.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of AI technologies and methodologies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), Large Language Models, AWS AI Services.
- Strong understanding of AI model development and deployment processes.
- Experience in data analysis and interpretation to inform AI use case design.
- Familiarity with business process improvement methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
