Summary:
As an AI Strategy Practitioner, you will engage in a dynamic and collaborative environment where you will apply your industry and artificial intelligence expertise to develop comprehensive data and AI strategies. Your typical day will involve identifying AI value opportunities across the business value chain, creating a detailed business case, and formulating a roadmap that aligns with organizational goals. You will also work on designing a Data and AI platform and capabilities blueprint, ensuring that the target operating model is well-defined and considers the broader implications for talent strategy. Your role will require you to interact with various stakeholders, facilitating discussions that drive innovation and strategic alignment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster innovative thinking and problem-solving.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- SAP Joule (Custom Agents)
- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Build
- CAP Programming
- Experience with data strategy development and implementation.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in business contexts.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Build Process Automation.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
