Job Description

In this position, the individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Blue Yonder ESP solutions for Supply chain Planning. This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain management principles, along with technical expertise in Blue Yonder ESP software and related technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end solutions utilizing Blue Yonder ESP module to optimize supply chain operations.
• Understand business and existing processes – draft requirements, design innovative solutions, support IT development, user testing, implementation and change management, hyper-care.
• Configure, customize, and implement Blue Yonder ESP software to meet business requirements.
• Assist functional and technical team to identify test cases aligned to functional design and support to project teams throughout the implementation process.
• Work with business to identify business scenarios for testing.
• Identify opportunities to automate and enhance the business process and systems.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal customers to meet their expectations.
• Conduct system integrations with other ERP systems as needed.
• Develop and deliver training sessions for Business users.

 

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience working as a Solution Architect or Consultant with a focus on Blue Yonder (JDA) ESP product.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain management processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Blue Yonder ESP module.
• Expertise Database concepts (Oracle), PL/SQL scripting, systems infrastructure, systems development, and software development Life cycle
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
• Blue Yonder ESP certification(s) preferred.
