Analyst-GDC

Roles & responsibilities 
The Associate 1 will be predominantly responsible to - 
Demonstrate basic accounting and auditing knowledge
Understand audit procedures performed by GDC
Familiarize with audit tools/applications used (MS Office)
Efficient and effective performance of audit procedures within the time provided with Quality
Nominate in self-development activities in technical and project management areas
Demonstrate strong inter-personal skills 
Participate in / lead team and group activities
Be an integral part of the GDC teams assigned to US audit engagements
Demonstrate basic accounting and auditing knowledge
Understand and learn audit procedures performed by GDC
Maintain effective and timely communication with the onshore and offshore team members.
Ensure the work is performed with high quality and completed within agreed turnaround time.
Maintain the chargeability of hours required to meet the targets set for the year
Be part of and nominate self in various firm initiatives and activities.
Demonstrate strong inter-personal skills 
Participate in team and group activities

Mandatory  technical & functional skills
Audit and accounting knowledge
Good knowledge of MS Office (with an emphasis on MS Excel skills)
Strong English communication skills (Oral & Written)

Educational qualifications 
Graduate/ Post Graduate MBA/M.Com in Finance and Accounting from reputed institute.  
Work experience
0 – 1 year of experience with a reputed company/firm
