Senior Power BI Developer (With exposure of Snowflake , DBT, Modeling )

Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Power BI Developer who can design, maintain, and enhance advanced analytics solutions using Power BI , Snowflake and DBT. This role involves building and maintaining interactive dashboards, optimizing data models, leveraging DBT / DAX for data preparation and automation, and managing incidents and changes to Power BI dashboards and reports to ensure reliability and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring accuracy, usability, and performance.
Build enhancements on existing Power BI solutions to improve functionality, user experience, and performance.
Create optimized data models, implement advanced DAX calculations, and ensure scalability for large datasets.
Use Python for data wrangling, validation, and automation (Pandas, API integration).
Develop Python scripts for:
o Data quality checks and performance profiling,
o Automating refresh validation and reporting.
Connect to SQL Server/Snowflake using Python for batch loads and incremental updates.
Manage incidents related to Power BI dashboards and reports, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and timely resolution.
Implement changes and updates to Power BI dashboards based on incident findings, business requirements, and optimization needs.
Monitor dashboard performance and refresh schedules proactively address issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Maintain documentation for architecture, processes, and compliance.

Required Skills
Power BI: Desktop, Service, advanced DAX, Power Query/M, dashboard maintenance and enhancement.
Data Warehousing: Snowflake or SQL Server experience.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, communication, and documentation.
Power App : Power App development.
