Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to streamline incident resolution processes and improve system uptime.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on system support and maintenance activities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Datadog.
- Good To Have Skills: Application Performance Management (APM) Architecture.
- Experience in monitoring and analyzing system performance metrics to detect anomalies and optimize operations.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex software and infrastructure issues.
- Familiarity with integrating monitoring tools into cloud and on-premise environments.
- Ability to work with alerting systems and automate responses to recurring incidents.

Additional Information:
