This role requires continuous monitoring and analysis to ensure system stability and performance, collaborating with different teams to maintain seamless operations. The position demands a dynamic approach to troubleshooting, where challenges are met with innovative solutions to support critical business functions effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system reliability and optimize support processes.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with AAAP (Accenture Advanced Analytics Platform).
- Strong knowledge of network protocols and architecture.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex network issues.
- Experience with monitoring tools and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with system integration and support methodologies.
