Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and diagnosing issues across various critical business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying problems within multiple interconnected components, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted service delivery. The position demands continuous vigilance and analytical thinking to maintain system stability and support business operations effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and improvement of support processes and tools.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations, Network Infrastructures.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols and infrastructure components.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex network-related issues.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on maintaining high system availability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
