Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure components including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting network performance and connectivity issues.
- Ability to analyze system logs and network traffic to identify root causes of incidents.
- Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution methodologies.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges.

Additional Information:
