Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, your typical day involves acting as the primary liaison between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. You will engage with clients to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring that our world-class systems operate smoothly. Your role requires exceptional communication skills to define client issues accurately and to design effective resolutions based on your in-depth product knowledge. You will be dedicated to maintaining high-quality service and support, contributing to the overall success of the team and the satisfaction of our clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system support.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members to enhance their skills.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Splunk Administration.
- Strong understanding of system monitoring and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with log management and analysis.
- Familiarity with incident management processes and tools.
- Ability to create and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Splunk Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
