Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as a vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the seamless operation of our world-class systems. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to provide clarity and support, while also leveraging your deep product knowledge to design effective resolutions for client challenges. Your commitment to quality will be evident as you work diligently to maintain high standards in service delivery and client satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Experienced network engineer qualified to CCNP level or above
- Advanced level knowledge of Routing and Switching
- Experience of VPN solutions (i.e. Cisco ASA/Firepower/AnyConnect)
- Software Defined Solutions and Network virtualisation (e.g. CISCO ACI / VXLAN)
- Knowledge of working with Firewalling technologies (Fortinet, Juniper)
- Knowledge of Load Balancers (e.g. F5, AVI)
- Experience of Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) in Radius/TACACS/NAC
- Experience to configuration management tools (Ansible/Python)
- Proficient level knowledge of networking design and documentation (HLD/LLD)

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with common management tools such as Nagios, ThousandEyes, Prometheus Event Monitoring System, Elasticsearch or Splunk.
- Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures.
- Experience in troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
- Familiarity with network security practices and tools.
- Experience and use of tools traffic analysis tools such as Corvil.
- Experience of Public Cloud solutions (AWS / Azure)

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
