Bachelor in Architecture
Experience: 3-4 years Languages: English, Kannada,

Responsibilities: -
-Requirement Gathering.
- Zoning layout
- Preparing schematic floor plan.
- Revision of floor plan.
- Spatial Concept PPT.
- 2 Concept.
- Client Presentation.
- Model Revision.
- Render .
- Taking required details from the client. preparing a set of architectural drawing
-Co-ordination and mailing Arranging of Structural set of drawing
- Coordination and taking specification details from client Arranging BOQ & Estimation from Team Architecture Structure
Skills:
- Good verbal & written communication skills in English & Kannada
- Cool & composed to handle multiple stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent problem-solving
Skills Knowledge:
- Architectural /Structural /Electrical /Plumbing working drawings
