Position:
The Assistant Director of Sales plays a strategic role in driving group sales performance, cultivating client relationships, and maintaining the brand’s strong market presence. This role partners closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing to meet revenue goals while representing Four Seasons with professionalism and authenticity.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Prospect, solicit, and secure new and repeat group business within assigned territories.
Promote the hotel through direct sales calls, phone sales, trade shows, networking events, and travel as needed.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring the hotel maintains a competitive presence in the market

Account Management
Develop new and existing accounts by mapping business patterns and buying tendencies.
Prepare detailed group profiles, proposals, and correspondence; ensure timely follow-up and professional communication.
Revenue & Strategy Support

Collaborate with Sales & Marketing leadership to meet budgeted sales and group revenue goals.
Assist with budgeting, marketing plans, departmental presentations, and strategic reviews.
Team Leadership & Collaboration

Support the Director of Sales in engaging, motivating, and elevating the performance of the group sales team.
Mentor team members and foster a culture aligned with Four Seasons’ values of excellence, connection, and service with genuine heart.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years’ experience in Group Sales or related field within luxury hospitality.
Strong decision-making ability with a results-driven and competitive sales approach.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build internal and external partnerships.
Ability to work independently while contributing collaboratively to team success.
