Assistant Manager-GDC
Roles & responsibilities
Analyze and design technical features and functionality to ensure solutions meet business needs and align with the overall product vision.
Create comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Epics, User Stories, and detailed requirement specifications, and translate them into Jira tickets for development teams to execute.
Facilitate daily scrum ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives, while continuously monitoring project progress and proactively resolving team issues.
Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and key stakeholders to refine requirements, align priorities, and ensure that the delivered product meets business expectations.
Identify, remove, and escalate project impediments that may hinder the team’s progress, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Support and empower the development team by fostering an environment that boosts productivity, encourages continuous improvement, and promotes a high-performance culture.
Coach the team on Agile principles, self‑organization, cross‑functionality, and Scrum best practices to help them work more effectively and independently.
Guide the development team toward building high‑quality products, ensuring alignment with technical standards, Definition of Done, and quality benchmarks.
Help the team deeply understand Scrum values and principles, promoting transparency, collaboration, and accountability.
Organize, refine, and optimize the product backlog to maintain clarity on priorities, ensure readiness for sprints, and support effective delivery of value.
Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to share knowledge, improve processes, and drive continuous improvement across teams and the wider organization.
Act as a servant‑leader for the software development team, fostering trust, enabling open communication, and guiding the team toward achieving their goals.

Mandatory technical & functional skills
Well versed in JIRA
Strong communication skills, working with stake holders in US & India
Good knowledge of MS Office (with an emphasis on MS Excel skills)
Strong English communication abilities (Oral & Written)
This role is for you if you have the below
Educational qualifications
BSc/BCA/MSc/MCA/B.Tech.
A minimum of 6 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
Advanced technical skills.
Excellent documentation skills.
