Assistant Manager - GDC L&D
Roles & responsibilities
The role holder works with the Technical Training Curriculum Lead at GDC to program manage various learning programs, including instructor-led sessions, web-based self-paced training programs and other learning events. The key areas of focus pertain primarily to project management, instructor/participant management, and work on deployment of various learning programs, including instructor-led, web-based, nationally developed local office, local office developed or self-study learning events.
Core Responsibilities
•Take ownership & responsibility for developing aa deployment plan for all GDC technical training programs including its all BUs.•Ensure all reporting deadlines related to L&D are achieved in line with the prescribed timelines•Take responsibility of using the Learning Management System (Focus) to download learning completion reports & analyze the completion status of the assigned participants •Manage calendars of instructors & participants for technical training learning programs and effectively monitor the completion of all trainings•Ensure all reporting deadlines related to L&D are achieved in line with the prescribed timelines•Be up to date with technical developments in audit quality, audit methodology and accounting standards, including reading all bulletins.Additional Responsibilities
•Ensure adequate and timely planning for driving the training agenda strategically by involving Business, RMT and GDC LT•Actively bring continuous improvement by creating new initiatives to improve processes and performance of learners & facilitators during the sessionsRoles & responsibilities
