The team includes workstreams like, Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Mobility, Compensation and benefit and enabling functions like HR systems, Operations, People Data Reporting and Analytics. They also leverage our global strength and scalability to drive HR-related technology, projects and processes that allow EY to deliver against the changing requirements to enable success. The core focus of the team is to ensure an exceptional EY experience lasts a lifetime.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Deep understanding of the technical hiring landscape for advanced engineering roles, ensuring alignment with organizational needs. Experience in identifying and assessing candidates with specialized technical skills relevant to engineering disciplines. Proficient in employing effective screening methods and tools to evaluate technical competencies and fit for complex roles. Ability to effectively communicate technical job requirements and expectations to attract high-caliber candidates. Familiarity with industry trends in technology and engineering to enhance recruitment strategies and talent acquisition efforts.
