Assistant Manager -RM - Transfer Pricing
Roles & Responsibilities
- Will be accountable to lead the defined resource management strategy and processes for a designated area (BU/cluster) within a designated vertical.
- Understand the current year demand for designated BU and vertical as related to the F&A plan and utilization targets.
- Monitor designated area’s demands throughout the year and during the long-term scheduling and ensure on-time fulfilment as per defined SLA’s/Timelines.
- Work along with the Vertical leads for the designated area, RM planners and schedulers and PMO to validate demand and ensure it includes level and time phasing to ensure they have all mandatory details – segment, skills, scope details enabling them to identify resources for the designated area demand.
- Work with the business leads and other area RMs to cross-utilize resources.
- Strategic thinking, effective planning, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, analytical, reporting and forecasting skills.
- Proficient in technology and systems – analytical and resource management tools. Must possess strong MS Office skills.
- Bench management & Resource Allocation
- Day to day follow up and coordination with different teams (including business & support) to ensure timely flow of MIS
- Responsible for preparation & maintenance of the MIS Reports on Daily, Weekly, & Monthly metrics for Damand vs Availability
- Thorough, diligent and executing the tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Should be able to re-cut data into various meaningful reports
- Excellent in MS Excel (Hlookup, Vlookup, lookup, Pivot Table & Pivot Table Chart, Forms, If/else statements, data validation & Scenarios)
- Prompt reporting and reply to mails
- Time management and Proactive Approach
- Collaborating with other RM's to close open requirements
- Strong analytical skills required including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirement

Educational qualifications and Work experience
- Bachelor / PG (MBA, M Com, B.Com. BBA) with 6 – 8 years of relevant experience in Resource Management role.
- Excellent working knowledge of excel (mandatory)
- Good Communication (Written & Verbal)
- Good stakeholder management (onshore & offshore)
- Ability to Design Dashboards on multiple platforms.
- Ability to handle large datasets and proven ability to align data needs to business strategies.
- Strong understanding of the data design and their relations to enable reporting and analytics
