Experience:

• Should have at least 5+ Years of relevant experience in SAP MM including 2 years in SAP S4Hana 
• Should have good knowledge of SAP MM processes and strong knowledge on Indirect Procurement using tools e.g SAP Ariba and Coupa.
• Should have strong domain knowledge.
• Should have experience in design, configuration and testing of core MM modules including but not limited to:
  • Master Data
  • Purchasing (Various types of procurements)
  • Inventory Management
  • Invoice Verification
  • Consumption Based Planning
  • Supplier Management 
• Should have experience and knowledge of key integration points with MM modules

• Previous implementation experience in Life Sciences, manufacturing, utilities Domain is preferred. 

   

   

Skills:

• Excellent Communication Skills 

• Strong Domain Knowledge of Direct and Indirect procurement 

• Additional Exposure on tools like HPQC, ARIS, JIRA etc is an added advantage. 

   

 

Number of Implementations: Minimum 1 E2E Implementations

Key Responsibilities will include:

 

1. Min 5+ years of SAP procurement and sourcing experience including at least 2+ years on SAP S/4HANA 1809 or above.

2. Extensive experience in analysis, design, creating BPP, functional Specification(FS), co-ordination with ABAP team, testing of new functionality or Enhancement, Prepare Test plans and Test scripts

3. Need to have hands on experience in SAP MM module with the cross functional integration with the other modules like SD, PP and FI/CO.

4. Deep understanding of Direct and Indirect Procurement with emphasis on P2P: Requisitioning, Purchase Order, Goods/Service Receipt, Invoice.

5. Must have sound knowledge on Special Procurement, 

6. Knowledge of inventory management, GI, GR, Transfer Posting, Stock determination

7. Has Knowledge on source determination and Contract management.

8. Must have good knowledge on Master data including Material master, Business Partner, Service Master, Source List etc. 

9. Have knowledge on Data Migration, LSMW and LTMC processes.

10. Having Knowledge on Pricing Procedure and Release strategy, Flexible Workflow and its configuration. 

11. Knowledge of integration with tax engine would be an added advantage 

12. Ability to work in independently in the implementation process and creates value for SAP customers through design and maintenance of activities in the procure to pay process.

Qualifications:

• Graduate / Post Graduate

• S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement Certification is must. 

• Exposure to additional P2P tools like Ariba, COUPA is preferred
