Associate Engineer - Systems Administrator

What success looks like in this role:

• Gains familiarity with Systems Administration concepts, practices and methodologies.
• With guidance, performs standard Systems Administration duties, including:
o Creating, updating and publishing network diagrams and configurations,
o Performing daily administrative tasks such as, device configuration and troubleshooting,
o Responding to issues and client requests,
o Evaluating client hardware requests for compliance, conformity, applicability, performance and cost effectiveness,
o Researching and analyzing systems issues, and
o Assisting in the development, implementation and documentation of project tasks.
• Documenting assigned activities and progress.
• Learns and applies company and industry standard systems administration policies and guidelines.
• Assists with special projects as assigned.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 0-2 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
