Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in SAP EHS IM/RA/EM/MOC or HSE domain or sustainability-related roles.

 

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Associate Consultant to support SAP implementation and sustainability initiatives. This role is suited for professionals who demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills, critical thinking, and the right intent to grow in a consulting environment. The Associate Consultant will work closely with senior consultants and client stakeholders, contributing to solution delivery, analysis, and documentation across SAP projects.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Support SAP implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects across different phases.
• Assist in requirement gathering, process understanding, and preparation of functional or solution documents.
• Participate in client workshops, meetings, and internal project discussions.
• Prepare and deliver structured presentations, reports, and analysis for internal and client audiences.
• Apply critical thinking to analyze business requirements and support solution design.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including functional, technical, and business stakeholders.
• Support sustainability-related use cases such as ESG reporting, emissions management, or regulatory compliance.
• Follow project methodologies, quality standards, and delivery best practices.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Management, Sustainability, Environmental Studies, or a related field

Good to Have (Preferred Skills)

• Hands-on exposure to SAP solutions. (SAP S/4HANA, SAP Sustainability Control Tower, SAP EHS, or related modules)
• Experience supporting SAP implementation or support projects.
• Familiarity with sustainability frameworks or regulations. (GHG Protocol, CSRD, SEC, CARB, etc.)
• Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
